Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Graphite Post website (graphitepost.com) and subscription service. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Graphite Post is a monthly art subscription service operated from North Macedonia. Each monthly package includes:
- 1x original 160 × 110 mm pencil art print on 250gsm matte paper
- 1x die-cut sticker
- 1x handwritten personal note
Founding members receive a quarterly bonus item (mini zine, extra postcard, or drawing prompt card).
We also offer individual print sales via our Gallery page.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Founding Member price: $7.99/month (locked for life, limited to the first 50 subscribers)
- Regular price: $9.99/month
- Individual prints: $29 each
All prices include free worldwide shipping. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
3. Founding Member Terms
- The $7.99/month founding rate is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active.
- If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the founding rate is lost. The regular price of $9.99/month will apply.
- Founding membership is limited to the first 50 subscribers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Art prints are mailed by the end of each month. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover of the package to the postal service.
5. Cancellation & Pause
- You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal (self-service).
- If you cancel by the 25th of the month, no shipment will be sent that month.
- If you cancel after the 25th, your final shipment for that month will still be sent.
- Pause is available: your subscription will be paused with no charges, and you can resume anytime.
6. Refunds & Returns
- Unshipped orders: full refund available.
- Shipped orders: returns are not accepted, as each item is a physical art product.
- Damaged items: we will send a free replacement. Contact julia@graphitepost.com with a photo of the damage.
All refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the copyright of Julia / Graphite Post. Prints are sold for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or digital distribution of any artwork is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Graphite Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
