Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Graphite Post website (graphitepost.com) and subscription service. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Graphite Post is a monthly art subscription service operated from North Macedonia. Each monthly package includes:
- 1x signed art print (170 × 120 mm), on 250gsm matte paper
- 2x sticker or decorative elements inspired by the drawing
- 1x PostCard
- A personal letter from the artist
Founding members receive a quarterly bonus item (mini zine, extra postcard, or drawing prompt card).
2. Pricing & Payment
- Founding Member price: $7.99/month (locked for life, limited to the first 50 subscribers)
- Regular price: $9.99/month
- Individual prints: Past collections are available individually for $12.99 each via the Past Editions page
All prices include free worldwide shipping. Payments are processed securely by Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
3. Founding Member Terms
- The $7.99/month founding rate is locked for life as long as your subscription remains active.
- If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the founding rate is lost. The regular price of $9.99/month will apply.
- Founding membership is limited to the first 50 subscribers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Art prints are mailed by the end of each month. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.
Any customs duties and import taxes are covered by us — they're included in your subscription price, so you will never be charged extra at delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover of the package to the postal service.
5. Cancellation & Pause
- You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by using the management link in your Gumroad receipt email, or by emailing us at julia@graphitepost.com.
- If you cancel before the 20th of the month, no shipment will be sent that month.
- If you cancel on or after the 20th, your final shipment for that month will still be sent.
- Pause is available: your subscription will be paused with no charges, and you can resume anytime.
6. Refunds & Returns
- Unshipped orders: full refund available.
- 14-day return window: once your order has shipped, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and send it back for a full refund. Just email julia@graphitepost.com with your order number to start a return. You're responsible for the cost of return postage, and the item needs to come back to us in resaleable condition. We'll issue your refund in full as soon as it arrives.
- Damaged items: we will send a free replacement. Contact julia@graphitepost.com with a photo of the damage.
All refunds are processed by Gumroad.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the copyright of Julia / Graphite Post. Prints are sold for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or digital distribution of any artwork is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Graphite Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
